Removing the water from surfaces affected efficiently means permanent damage is minimised.  When all resevoired water is extracted measurements must be taken of the environment to enable a successful drying procedure is installed using dehumidifiers, air movers, heaters or the dryout system.

This is the most important part of the restoration, the Dry Down.
